Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Return Policy

Given the perishable nature of food items, Vindu Foods does not accept returns on any delivered meals. Once the food has been prepared and delivered, it cannot be taken back or exchanged.

2. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. However, as a Cloud Kitchen, we start preparing your meal almost immediately.

  • Allowed: You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it.
  • Not Allowed: Once the kitchen has started preparing your food (usually after 5 minutes), cancellations will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
3. Eligibility for Refunds

We take full responsibility for the quality of our service. You are eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Missing Items: If an item you ordered is missing from the package.
  • Wrong Order: If you received a different dish than what you ordered.
  • Damaged/Spilled Food: If the packaging was tampered with or severely spilled during delivery (Proof required).
  • Quality Issues: In the rare case of stale or spoiled food (Must be reported immediately).
Note: Refunds are NOT granted for taste preferences or if the customer provides an incorrect delivery address.
4. How to Request a Refund

To report an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 minutes of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID and photos of the affected food items.
  3. Our team will verify the issue and approve the refund if valid.
5. Refund Timeline

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet).

  • UPI/Wallets: Instant or within 24 hours.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank).
