Yes. We have a strict "No Stale Food" policy. Every order is cooked fresh only after you place it to ensure authentic taste and hygiene.
Do you take bulk orders for parties?
Yes! We specialize in catering for birthdays, house parties, and corporate lunches. Contact us on WhatsApp for bulk discounts and custom menus.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is 30-45 minutes depending on your location, as we prepare everything fresh.
Are there any delivery charges?
We offer FREE delivery on orders above ₹499. For smaller orders, a nominal fee applies based on distance.
Do you have Vegan or Gluten-Free options?
Most items like Idli and Dosa are naturally Gluten-Free. For Vegan options, please request "No Ghee/Butter" in the order notes.
Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes, you can choose a delivery slot during checkout to pre-order your lunch or dinner.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If an item is missing or damaged, please share a photo on WhatsApp immediately. We will issue an instant refund or send a replacement.
Do you offer monthly tiffin plans?
