At Vindu Foods, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and authentic South Indian meals directly from our kitchen to your doorstep. Since we operate as a Cloud Kitchen, we do not ship packaged goods via courier; instead, we provide immediate local delivery for cooked meals.

Currently, our delivery services are operational in Madurai, specifically focusing on KK Nagar and surrounding neighborhoods within a 5-7 km radius to ensure the food remains hot and fresh.

• Primary Zone: KK Nagar, Anna Nagar, Mattuthavani.
• Extended Zone: Select areas based on partner availability (Charges may vary).

We cook every meal to order to maintain freshness. We do not store pre-cooked food.

• Standard Preparation Time: 15 - 20 Minutes.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 30 - 45 Minutes (depending on traffic and distance).
• Peak Hours: During lunch (12 PM - 2 PM) and dinner (7 PM - 9 PM), delivery might take an additional 10-15 minutes.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from our kitchen in KK Nagar to your location.

• Up to 2 km: Free Delivery (on orders above ₹300).
• 2 km - 5 km: Nominal delivery fee applicable (calculated at checkout).
• Third-Party Apps: If ordering via Zomato/Swiggy, their platform delivery charges will apply.

We use premium, spill-proof, and tamper-evident packaging.
Hot items (like Sambhar, Rasam) are packed in heat-resistant containers, and Dosas/Breads are wrapped in ventilated foil to retain crispness. We ensure zero-contact transfer during delivery for hygiene.
